Since 2013 I have been making famous chakhattu in Goris and during the following years it has become a small family hobby. I cannot start a business yet, because although I can make about 3 tons of chakhattu a year, there is still serious work to be done in terms of branding and development. On the other hand, I can state that in the past years I already have my stable local markets. The service facilities operating in Goris and restaurants are particularly the main points of sale, which are already familiar with my work. This year I plan to increase the scope of my activities and to involve other women in the settlement, who can assist in the cultivation of the product thereby receiving appropriate income. We already have an experience in making home-made cone jams, which can be a local product known for its useful properties. I have made some investments to introduce Verishen specific chakhattu to the market, the spread of which could serve as an example for other locals to take an interest in producing marinated products.  At the moment, I want to create a comfortable and efficient environment for my small business in order to turn my hobby into a family business and to create a stable income by providing opportunities for other women in the area. For now I do not have a suitable environment for storing my marinated products, that is why I have made some small investments in setting up a basement on the first floor of my house but I have a great need to make wooden shelves, to concrete them and also to get extra glass containers. At the moment I need wooden shelves, construction materials, 1000 pieces of 0.5 liter glass containers, 1000 pieces of 3 liter jars, 400 pieces of 5 liter jars, 20 pieces of 200 liter containers. The total budget is about 1,500,000 AMD.
