The Telir Sksenq Club aims to develop and improve the abilities of young people and women through the acquisition of new skills and self-expression.

 Իմ նպատակն է ստեղծել արհեստանոց որտեղ համայնքի երիտասարդները, շնորհալի կանայք , մեծահասակները հնարավորություն կունենան ստեղծագործելու, արարելու ժամանակի ճիշտ օգտագործմամբ արտադրանք տալու, իրենց իսկ աշխատանքները տարեվերջյան ներկայացնելու հնարավորությքմբ։
 Պատանիները կսովորեն հմտություններ՝ պատկերազարդելու, ասեղնագործության կարատեսակներից մինչև Մարաշի կարարվեստը։
 «Թելիր֊սկսենք»-ի նպատակն  է  երիտասարդների,կանաց   կարողությունների զարգացումն ու բարելավումն՝ նոր հմտությունների ձեռքբերման և ինքնադրսեվորման միջոցով։
