I, Viktor Makiyan, was injured on September 29 in Kalbajar and have been on treatment for 7 months now and therefore I have financial debts.
I have shards in my head and the doctors cannot remove them.
Only I work at home. My mother has health problems, she has already undergone two surgery's, but she's not feeling well.
I ask kind people for help.
