Help Suzy get her own house
Suzy is a young girl with a disability and dreams of having her own house. She currently lives in a dormitory in uncomfortable conditions that have a devastating impact on her quality of life. Suzy needs a home that is specifically designed for her needs. 
Suzy's disease: 
Pierre Robin's subsequence. It is a maxillofacial anomaly combined with a congenital heart defect, scoliosis of the spine, short stature (133 cm), arm rotation, microcephaly, etc. Suzy has a phobia of closed, narrow and dark places.
Suzy's skills: 
Despite her congenital defect, she has attended professional dhol lessons and plays, due to tachycardia, not often. She dances very beautifully and dreams of becoming a model.
 The family has found a house that suits them. 
It is spacious, has a garden, and is close to important public facilities, such as a polyclinic where people are examined from birth, organizations for people with disabilities, churches, and recreation areas. 
The cost of the house is much higher, but after bargaining, they agreed to sell it for $35,000. The benefactor will provide the bulk of the cost of the house, $30,000, with monthly payments for 10 years, and the family will have to find the remaining $5,000. The family also needs a solar water heater (440,000 ֏ 300 liters), solar panels (7 kW 1,600,000 ֏-1,800,000 ֏ depending on the roof).  After looking at dozens of houses and apartments, the family chose a house that was, firstly, suitable for a disabled girl, and secondly, more suitable for continuing the family business more effectively - the production of ready-made and semi-finished food products, the cultivation and sale of mushrooms and champignons, with special design solutions.
Since the family consists of artists - a musician, a can-do designer, an actor and a painter, the house is suitable for the entire family to carry out their activities at one address.
