Dear readers and prospective donors, this support is being organized for embroidery and crochet puppet making courses which are organized by the "Arevik" Social-Educational Center of Tavush Diocese of Armenian Apostolic Church, located in Ijevan city of Tavush region.

This amount will give an opportunity for 50 children forcibly displaced from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and from vulnerable local families in Ijevan to participate in embroidery and crochet puppet making courses which are conducted twice a week with a duration of 10 months.

he main focus of the course is preparation of beautiful handmade items. Each piece plays a role in the preservation of centuries-old traditional Armenian needlework and embroidery techniques. Donate $50 and more, and you will receive a beautiful handmade work produced by the trainees. This initiative is blessed by Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, Primate, Tavush Diocese of Armenian Apostolic Church.

Support  and help preserving the Armenian heritage of embroidery and needlework!
